Add sugar &amp; mix until well blended. Add vanilla &amp; blend in mayo. Fold in fruit &amp; marshmallows. Whip cream &amp; fold into fruit mixture. Add food coloring &amp; mix, salad should be pale pink. Ladle into 5 oz. serving or souffle cups. Freeze immediately, at least overnight. Defrost 15 minutes before serving. Garnish with whipped cream &amp; a cherry.
