Add onions, salt &amp; pepper &amp; saute over low heat until very soft. Add lemon juice &amp; mushrooms. Stir &amp; saute over medium high heat for 10-12 minutes or until much of liquid has evaporated. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients, mix well and fill piroshki.
