The 3 mile thing makes me worried our bullfrog may come back.<\/p>\n<p><b>Why you don&#8217;t want a bullfrog in your pond<\/b><\/p>\n<p>1. Bullfrogs eat desired wildlife like birds, small<\/p>\n<p>mammals, dragonflies, butterflies, native<\/p>\n<p>frogs, fish and turtles.<\/p>\n<p>2. Bullfrogs reproduce prolifically. One egg mass<\/p>\n<p>will typically contain thousands of eggs.<\/p>\n<p>Bullfrogs spread to neighboring wetlands<\/p>\n<p>and gardens. The thousands of eggs hatch<\/p>\n<p>into thousands of tadpoles, and the tadpoles<\/p>\n<p>transform into thousands of juvenile bullfrogs,<\/p>\n<p>which may disperse as soon as the rainy<\/p>\n<p>season starts. Some of these frogs travel<\/p>\n<p>over 3 miles in search of a new home.<\/p>\n<p>3.
